Type any task into the bottom quick-add bar and hit Enter. To keep your focus clear, uncategorized tasks instantly go into your slide-out Inbox drawer.
Prefix task titles with quick-routing tags (e.g.
#q1, #q2) or drag task cards directly between the four colorful quadrants on your screen.Double-click any task card to load it into the bottom-right floating Pomodoro widget. The card will pulse with the quadrant's theme and play retro alert beeps upon starting or completing focus.
Check your progress inside the Time Analytics Dashboard. Click the capsule button at the bottom to dispatch your weekly automated effort summary directly to your inbox.

1. The Eisenhower Priority Matrix
Organize tasks into four distinct quadrants based on Urgency and Importance to align your focus:
• Q1 - DO (Urgent & Important): Critical tasks for immediate action (Red).
• Q2 - DECIDE (Important, Not Urgent): Strategic tasks (Orange) - the key to calm, long-term velocity!
• Q3 - DELEGATE (Urgent, Not Important): Hand-off tasks (Yellow).
• Q4 - ELIMINATE (Neither): Low-value distractions (Green/Slate).

• Focus Dashboard: A calm productivity hub showing quadrant breakdown statistics and focusing on one task at a time.

• Flat List Summary: A high-performance spreadsheet list view with advanced text searches and status toggles.
• Monthly Calendar: An interactive month-view grid. Double-click empty cells to create tasks pre-filled with that target date!
3. Advanced Subtasks & Progress Rollup
Break down complex projects into bite-sized actionable checklists inside the detailed task modal:
• Automatic Progress Rollup: Adding subtasks locks the manual progress slider. The task's overall progress percentage is automatically calculated on-the-fly as subtasks are checked off.
• Cascading Checkboxes: Checking the master task card instantly sets all subtasks as complete, and unchecking it resets progress to zero.
4. Recurring Tasks & Future Calendar "Ghost" Forecasts
Automate recurring events like daily routines, weekly syncs, monthly reports, or annual birthdays:
• Auto-Spawning Cycles: Completing a recurring task automatically calculates the next due date and spawns a fresh active copy in the database with subtasks and focus logs cleanly reset.
• Dynamic "Ghost" Pills: The Calendar dynamically calculates and projects future recurring dates as semi-transparent, dashed-border projected pills (prefixed with ↺), keeping your future weeks fully mapped.
• Dynamic Promotion: Tapping any projected dashed ghost pill in a future week instantly promotes it to a physical task card in the database and opens the editor!
5. Pomodoro Focus Widget & Web Audio Beeps
Boost your execution blocks using the task-synchronized focus utility:
• Dynamic Breathing Glow: Double-clicking any task card locks it into the Pomodoro widget, bathing the card in a gentle breathing pulse matching its active quadrant's color.
• Proportional Effort Auto-Logging: Pausing or completing focus automatically writes your exact decimal hours spent (e.g. 15 mins = +0.25h) directly to the task's actual effort log.
• Offline Audio Synthesis: Synthesizes offline retro beeps upon start, pause, and completions via the HTML5 AudioContext.
6. Local Analytics, Google Contacts & Email Digests
Track your efficiency metrics and review strategic weekly goals seamlessly:
• Productivity Report: Launches local category tag audits, 7-day created-vs-finished trends, and effort efficiency ratios.
• Google Contacts Birthday Sync: Toggle sync under connected credentials in Settings to import and forecast birthdays as yearly recurring reminders.
• Automated 7 AM Email Digest: Configure recipient details and toggle daily 7 AM summaries. A browser push notification will confirm background dispatch.
